MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A second dentist has joined the staff at Healthy Smiles Community Oral Health Center in Berkeley County, officials announced last week.

"Since opening ... we have provided over 2,500 dental services to 1,665 patients. The addition of Dr. Kimberly Thomas will help us further address the oral health needs of our community."
