Edgar E. "Manny" Keefer Sr., 85, of Big Cove Tannery, Pa., died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, Pa. There will be visitation Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Corner Church of the Brethren, Big Cove Tannery, Pa.
