Douglas Warden Arvin, 78, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, July 31, 2010, at his home while under the care of Hospice. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
