Sixty-eight golfers joined D.M. Bowman Inc. for the 11th annual benefit golf tournament May 15 at Greencastle Greens in Greencastle, Pa.

The proceeds were donated to Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society fundraiser.

Without the help of 600-plus drivers, technicians and office employees, D.M. Bowman would not be able to sponsor events such as this. Thanks to contributions from company employees, customers, family and friends, the donations reached $6,169.81.

The golf tournament is just one element of the company's support of Relay For Life. To date, the company has contributed more than $150,000 toward the cause.

Relay For Life brings more than 3.5 million people together every year to celebrate life, remember loved ones and to give hope for a cure of cancer.
