Irene Belle "Draper" Phillips died Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She graduated from Williamsport High School in 1964. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Olive Draper of Fairplay, Shelva Draper of Hagerstown and Ellie Draper of Virginia.
