Survived by husband, Thomas Phillips; daughter, Christinia McMillian, husband, Brian and grandson, Travis of California.
Daughter of the late Harry and Harriet Draper of Fairplay, Md.
Survived by sisters and brothers-in-law: Launa and Lyle Mellott of Boonsboro, Mary Deike and Norma Zeger of Hagerstown; Martha and Robert Eckstine of Virginia. Brothers and sisters-in-law: Melvin and Abbie of Sharpsburg, Robert of Baltimore, Roger of Hagerstown, Terry and Kim of Hagerstown.
Preceded in death by sister and brothers: Hazel, Earl, Emory, Albert, Wayne and Glen Draper.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
