GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- A Chambersburg, Pa., woman suffered a minor injury Sunday afternoon when her southbound 2007 Kia Sedona struck another southbound car on Interstate 81 about three-tenths of a mile north of exit 5 in Antrim Township, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The Sedona, driven by Anita Denny, then went into the median, became airborne and flipped over the northbound lanes in the 12:45 p.m. accident, state police said.
When Denny's car crossed the northbound lanes, it caused the driver of a 2004 Harley-Davidson Road King motorcycle to lay the motorcycle down in a northbound lane to avoid a collision, state police said.
The driver of the motorcycle, Charles J. Santorelli, of Bayside, N.Y., suffered a moderate injury, state police said.
Denny struck another southbound car as she attempted to pass a car on the interstate, state police said. When Denny changed lanes to pass, the rear quarter of her car struck the right front of a 2009 Toyota Corolla being driven by Robert Lopez of Appomattox, Va., state police said. Lopez suffered a minor injury, state police said.
