Eleanor O. Kilmer, 80, of Inwood, W.Va., died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at South Berkeley Chapel, Inwood. Service will be at 10 a.m. at Bunker Hill Brethren in Christ Church. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
