Monrovia man killed in Frederick accident

FREDERICK, Md. -- A Monrovia, Md., man was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident in the 200 block of Broadway Street early Sunday in which a sport utility vehicle crashed into a building, according to the Frederick Police Department.

The man who died, Bradley David Aloi, 25, was the driver of the vehicle, police said.

A passenger in the vehicle, Guiseppe Phillip Deluca, 23, of Ijamsville, Md., was flown to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, but police said they did not know his condition.

Another passenger, Benjamin Joseph Nardella, 22, of Gaithersburg, Md., was taken to Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown and later released, police said.

Frederick Police Officer D.W. Golden came upon the crashed vehicle at 2:03 a.m., according to a news release.

Police said Sunday no additional information is being released due to the circumstances of the wreck.
