American Heart Association's Heartsaver first aid with CPR and AED training for laypersons, especially in a workplace setting. Franklin County Master Gardeners will present a "Constructing a Rain Barrel" workshop. Upward Flag Footballand cheerleading registration

Oakland Church in Charles Town, W.Va., invites children in kindergarten through grade six boys and girls to register for its Upward Flag Football and cheerleading program.
