Kelsie Yetter, 13, of Clear Spring, grooms her beef steer Hammertime Thursday evening as 4-H members bring their livestock to the annual Washington County Ag Expo & Fair at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center south of Hagerstown on Sharpsburg Pike.
Kelsie plans to show Hammertime with other Angus beef Tuesday night.
