LITTLE ORLEANS, Md. - Brittany Janet Appel, 19, of Don Lane, died Monday, July 12, 2010, at her home.
Born Oct. 9, 1990, in Fort Lewis, Wash., she was the daughter of Craig L. and Beverly R. Ginter Appel of Little Orleans.
She was a 2008 graduate of Hancock High School.
She attended St. Patrick Catholic Church, Little Orleans.
Besides her parents, she is survived by one sister, Kimberly M. Appel, at home; and maternal grandparents, Harry R. and Christina Ginter of Cold Springs, Ky.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Janet R. Sable; and paternal grandparents, Donald and Phyllis Appel.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, July 16, at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Little Orleans. The Rev. John Lombardi will be celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
