Harry Glenn Frush, 88, formerly of Guilford Avenue, Hagerstown, Md., died Saturday July 10, 2010, at Julia Manor.
Born Nov. 1, 1921, in Clear Spring, Md., he was the son of the late James Luther and Mary Ellis Frush.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Manspeaker Frush, on Jan. 8, 1999.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II with the 21st Engineers in Iceland and the European Theatre of war.
He was a retired city patrolman, having served 30 years with the Hagerstown Police Department. He was also a bailiff for the District Court of Maryland.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Pangborn Lodge 88, Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 1936, Western Maryland Sportsman Club and the South Hagerstown Fire Co.
