TOPS 0446

The chapter welcomed three new members, Jean C., J. S. and Linda. A. Yvonne was the thinner winner for the week.

Due to a vacancy in the weigh-in room, Marie will be the assistant weight recorder; Frankie was elected secretary.

Marie presented the program based on insights she gained from the book "Naturally Thin" by Bethany Frankel. She told members to listen to their body's signals, change their habits and learn to think like a naturally thin person. Marie will continue her talk after this week's awards-day presentations.

Meetings are held Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and weigh-in is at 8:45 a.m. at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 19731 Shiloh Church Road in Hagers-town. For more information, call Mary or Tom at 301-797-2547, or Judy at 301-739-9279.
