St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Ann Boyd will preach at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion services on the topic, Justice Corrects Injustice. The summer choir will sing at the second service. The adult forum is at 9 a.m. Youth Sunday school resumes in the fall.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Pastor Quentin Fleming will preside and preach at the 8:15 a.m. communion service and 10:30 a.m. worship service. The topic is It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. Sunday school for all ages is at 9:15 a.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, the Rev. Eric Norgard is presider Sunday at the 9 a.m. praise worship in fellowship hall and the 10:55 a.m. evangelical worship in the sanctuary.

First Christian Church, the Rev. Timothy Murtaugh will share the message, Go and Do, at the 9 and 11:15 a.m. services. Sunday school for all ages at 10:15 a.m.


First Baptist Church, 15 High St., Hagerstown, Pastor Thom Smith will speak on Sent Into the Storm at the 11 a.m. service Sunday.

Christ Reformed UCC in Cavetown, the Rev. Carol Hallman will preach at 10:30 a.m. The topic will be Measure of Faith. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m.

Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren, 20402 Beaver Creek Road, DeAnnaDoyle's message at the 10 a.m. service will be, The Ultimate Juicy Fruit. April Boyle will be worship leader. The service will conclude with the commissioning and sending of youth to National Youth Conference. Sunday school for all ages begins at 9 a.m.

Grace Brethren Church, 250 Philadelphia Ave., Waynesboro, Pa., Pastor Larry Weber will speak at 10:40 a.m. Sunday on Springs of Life. Christian education for all ages at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday gathering with Bible study, prayer and teen club at 7 p.m.

A Cry in the Wilderness Ministries, 15221 Wyndham Ave. at Tracey's Corner in Blue Ridge Summit, Pa., Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Steve Burdette's sermon, The "I" in Sin.

St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 14106 National Pike, Clear Spring, the congregation will meet Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at Mount Tabor Lutheran Church for a 100th anniversary celebration. Mid-week worship is Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, 14615 Fairview Church Road, Clear Spring, Pastor Allen Reed will speak on the topic, Walking the Path of the Lord, at the 10:30 a.m. communion service Sunday. There will be a children's sermon. The congregation will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the church building. A catered meal will follow the service.

Zion United Church of Christ, the Rev. Gerry Hanberry will speak at the 10 a.m. service on the topic, My Name Is _ and I am a Follower of Jesus Christ ... And I Struggle With .... Sunday school will resume in the fall. The ministry of Celebrate Recovery will be celebrated.

Welty Church of the Brethren, Greensburg, Pastor Michael Manthos will lead the service at 10:45 a.m. on the topic, Hasten the Day. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.

St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Beaver Creek Church Road, has a service at 8:45 a.m. Sunday with Pastor Dave Kaplan speaking on the topic, Room for Caring.

Peter's Lutheran Church, Keedysville, offers Sunday school for youth and adults at 9:30 a.m. and a communion service at 10:45 a.m. with Pastor Dave Kaplan speaking on the topic, Room for Caring.

Church of the Holy Trinity UCC, Halfway, the Rev. Timothy Leighton will preach during the 9:30 a.m. service Sunday on Neighbors Near and Far. Adult Bible study is at 10:45 a.m.

Tri-State Fellowship, Sunday, Associate Pastor Tim Lester will lead the 9:30 a.m. classic and cafe services and Lead Pastor Randy Buchman will lead the 11 a.m. bridge service Sunday on the topic, Who Do You Say That I Am?, in the Great Bible Questions series. Children's and student programs are offered. High school youth group meets at 6 p.m.

Church of Christ in the Great Valley, 7306 Wheeler Road, Boonsboro, Paul Toothman will speak Sunday at 10 a.m. on I Can't Go On - God Says: My Grace is Sufficient.

Trinity Reformed UCC, 33 Potomac St., Boonsboro, the Rev. Don Stevenson will speak Sunday at 10:30 a.m. on the topic, Reflections From an Anxious Heart.

New Beginning Community Church, corner of Dual Highway and Beaver Creek Road, Pastor Mark Snyder will share a message at 11 a.m. on Now Boarding Flight 777. Music by LeAnne Snyder. Sunday school at 9:45 a.m. Snyder will continue a study in the book of Titus Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Shiloh United Methodist Church, 1973 Shiloh Church Road, Hagerstown, Pastor Kennneth J. Fizer Jr. will speak on the topic, Go and Do Likewise, at the 9:15 a.m. service. Sunday school at 10:40 a.m.
