Garden event set for Sunday

The Washington County Rural Heritage Museum and Master Gardeners are hosting a Second Sunday in the Garden event from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 11, at the museum. The event is free.

There will be information on growing, pruning and harvesting raspberries and strawberries. There will be information on canning and preserving berries, as well.

Children will have a chance to construct and decorate berry baskets from recyclable material.
