SPRING MILLS, W.Va. -- Construction is continuing on the new Spring Mills Primary School in northern Berkeley County.
The 65,000-square-foot school is being constructed to "green" standards.
It will incorporate recycled building materials and a geothermal well tied into the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
