Ruth Elizabeth Tucker, 79, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Friday, June 4, 2010, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Bolivar Pentecostal Church, Harpers Ferry. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
