MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- Police arrested four people Thursday in two drug buy stings, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.

Kristina Marie Tetaz, 25, 215 W. John St., Apt. C, Martinsburg, and Isaac Eugene Massey, 28, of the same address, were arraigned Friday on charges of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine and possession with intent to deliver marijuana, according to court records.

A confidential informant was used by the Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Task Force to purchase crack cocaine Thursday from Massey and Tetaz, his girlfriend, according to court records.

After the orchestrated drug deal, a search of the residence revealed that the couple had about an ounce of marijuana and $300 in cash in a safe, according to court records.
