Jo Ann W. Peer, 88, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Saturday, May 29, 2010, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, W.Va. Friends will be received Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Ranson. The service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, W.Va.
