FREDERICK, Md. - Mrs. Felisa Rosario Arana, 62, of Frederick, died Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Washington Adventist Hospital, Takoma Park.
She was the wife of Abel Arana Sr.
She was born Nov. 12, 1947, in Quito, Ecuador.
Mrs. Arana was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Frederick FOE and the Elks, serving as chaplain, as well as the Birthright of America.
Felisa was an avid bingo enthusiast. She enjoyed playing, as well as spending many hours as a volunteer for St. Thomas Moore and St. John's Catholic Prep School bingo fundraisers.
Surviving in addition to her husband are four children, Abel Arana Jr. and wife, Trish, Michael Arana and wife, Pamela, Stephen Arana, and Melissa Arana and fianc, Tramane Sampson; and four grandchildren, Antonio Arana, Joey Arana, Maya Arana and Estevon Arana.
