SHARPSBURG, Md. - Pauline Henrietta Hose, 89, of Sharpsburg, Md., died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at her home.

She was born Aug. 30, 1920, in Williamsport, Md., to the late Luther Daniel and Violet Mae Hornbaker Davis.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur David "Bud" Hose Sr. in 1992.

She was a member of Valley Assembly of God, Halfway, Md.

Survivors include daughters, Nancy L. Stull of Keedysville, Md., Freda M. Jones of Keedysville, Md., and Elaine A. Dawson of Falling Waters, W.Va.; sons, Arthur D. Hose Jr. of Williamsport, Md., Edwin A. Hose of Sharpsburg, Md., and Eugene A. Hose of Sharpsburg, Md.; sisters, Alice R. Harrell of Williamsport, Md., and Frances L. Cunningham of Williamsport, Md.; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was predeceased by three sisters, Catherine Rhodes, Miriam Dawson and Bernita Ruse; three brothers, Clarence Davis Sr., Walter Davis and William Davis; and one granddaughter, Karen Moats.

The family will receive friends at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, Md., on Sunday, May 23, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 1 p.m. Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be at Valley Assembly of God, Halfway, Md., on Monday, May 24, 2010, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Robert Jones and Pastor Dan Jordan officiating. Interment will be in Manor Cemetery, Tilghmanton, Md.
