Grace Colleen Merchant, 82, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died Monday, May 3, 2010, at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. The family will receive friends Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
