Jeffrey "Jeff" Allen Blevins, 44, of 133 Ray St., Hagerstown, Md., passed away Friday, April 30, 2010, at his home.
Born June 11, 1965, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late James Blevins and Patricia A. "Munson" Blevins.
He was formerly employed as a surveyor with Fredrick Seibert & Associates and Gerald Cump.
He was a graduate of Clear Spring High School, class of 1983.
He is survived by three sons, Mitchell, Matthew and Jonathan; two brothers, Steven E. Blevins of Big Pool, Md., and James C. Blevins of Williamsport, Md.; and a nephew.
The family will receive friends at Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 13607 National Pike, Clear Spring, Md., on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, from 7 to 9 p.m. For the convenience of friends, you may visit the funeral home after noon.
