LeRoy "Lee" de Moulin, 74, of Falling Waters, W.Va., died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at City Hospital, Martinsburg, W.Va. Visitation will be Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
