CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A man who crashed during a high-speed police pursuit, seriously injuring two children, has been charged in Adams County, Pa., where the pursuit originated on April 2, state police said Wednesday.

Jassen Lee Albert, 33, of York, Pa., has been charged with two counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
