LAKEWOOD, N.J. -- Domingo Santana led off the bottom of the 14th inning with a home run off Colton Willems to give the Lakewood BlueClaws a 9-8 victory over the Hagerstown Suns on Friday night.
The Suns took an 8-7 lead against Lakewood in the top of the 12th inning when Justin Bloxom doubled, took third on a wild pitch and scored on a balk by Lakewood reliever Chad Poe.
But the BlueClaws came back to tie it at 8 in the bottom half. Jeremy Barnes singled and later scored on Stephen Batts' single.
The Suns tied the game at 7 with two runs in the ninth. Singles by Sandy Leon, Eury Perez and Jeff Kobernus loaded the bases. Francisco Soriano hit a grounder to short that Jonathan Villar threw away for two runs.
