FALLING WATERS, W.Va. - Richard Wayne "Chopper" Householder, 55, of Falling Waters, W.Va., died Monday, April 19, 2010, at his home.

Born Jan. 8, 1955, in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of the late Clarence Oliver and Ruby Evangeline Jordan Householder.

He graduated from Hedgesville High School.

He was employed by CertainTeed Corp. of Williamsport, Md., for the last 35 years.

He was a Christian.

Survivors include wife, Kathy L. Householder, married for 30 years, of Falling Waters, W.Va.; son, Michale Wayne Householder of Falling Waters; and brother, Jack J. Householder and his wife, Mary, of Falling Waters.


There will be no viewing.

Graveside services will be Thursday, April 22, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Harmony Cemetery, Falling Waters, with the Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating.
