This is in a small studio where it is just you and the trainer. I offer services to couples, which could be your spouse or just a friend because some people don't want to work out by themselves. How did you get into your business, or what motivated you to start it? "I want to help people reach their fitness goals. There are a lot of people who don't like going to the big gyms because of all of the crowds, membership fees and personal trainer fees. This gives them the opportunity to become healthier in a private setting with no crowds."
