WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Mr. Christian Martin McCulloh, 38, of 4822 Polktown Road, Waynesboro, Pa., went to be with his Lord at 7:05 a.m., Thursday, April 15, 2010, in his home. He had been critically ill since January.

Born Oct. 8, 1971, in Waynesboro, he was the son of Dean F. and Glenda (Martin) McCulloh of Waynesboro. He was a lifelong resident of the Waynesboro area.

Chris graduated from Waynesboro Area Senior High School with the class of 1990.

He owned and operated Martin's Auto Service, Waynesboro. He later was an aircraft mechanic at Executive Air, which later changed to Royal Aircraft in Hagerstown. He was most recently employed by the Hagerstown Division of Northrop Grumman as an aircraft mechanic.

Chris attended services regularly at Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro. He was also a member of the Waynesboro Fish and Game.


He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching baseball and being at home with his family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Scott D. McCulloh and his wife Belinda of Waynesboro; and his maternal grandmother, Doris E. (Harbaugh) Martin of Waynesboro.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Glenn E. Martin; and paternal grandparents, John and Olive (DeShong) McCulloh.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Monday, April 19, 2010, in the chapel at Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church, 9244 Five Forks Road, Waynesboro, with the Rev. Wilbur F. Besecker officiating. Burial will follow in Antietam Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, and one hour before services Monday afternoon in the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church, 9244 Five Forks Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
