David Digby, financial director of the Mason-Dixon Council, was the guest speaker at the Greencastle Lions Club meeting on March 11 at the Antrim House Restaurant.

The topic of the speech was the 100th anniversary celebration of the Boy Scouts of America (1910-2010) and the impact that the Scouting program has on the youth in the areas. The club was thanked for its past financial support and its willingness to assist the Scouting movement. Lions Club International is one of the largest charter sponsors in the United States.

The Mason-Dixon Council serves the youth in Washington, Franklin and Fulton counties.
