Maugansville Troop 64 holds quarterly Court of Honor

Mason-Dixon Boy Scout Troop 64 in Maugansville recenty held its quarterly Court of Honor.

Scoutmaster Scott Smoot presented the following awards:

o Logan Mowen: Camping, Canoeing, Citizenship in the World, Communications, Electricity, Environmental Science, Fish and Wildlife, Forestry, Indian Lore, Nature, Orienteering and Wilderness Survival merit badges; World Conservation patch

o Josh Murray: One-year service star

o Cody Rippeon: Animal Science, Forestry, Nature and Soil and Water merit badges

o William Russell: Climbing, Music, Public Speaking and Soil and Water merit badges

o Chad Shindle: Art, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Electricity, Indian Lore, Personal Fitness, Personal Management and Shotgun Shooting merit badges

o Ralph Witek-Steele: First Aid and Leatherwork merit badges; Fire'm Chit and Totin Chip awards

Troop 64 is sponsored by the Maugansville Ruritan Club.
