Raymond Bertie Smith, 64, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at his home. The family will receive friends Saturday one hour prior to the service at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs. The service, with military honors provided by the Tri-State Honor Guard, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Chesterville, Maine.
