Norma Lee Bowers, 72, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town.
