Thomas E. "Tommy" Watson, 69, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at his residence under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. The service and burial will be private. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
