Man charged in auto break-ins in Keedysville



KEEDYSVILLE - A man has been charged after police say they caught him stealing change from a vehicle on Main Street in Keedysville on Sunday, according to a Washington County Sheriff's Office press release.

Police believe the man had broken into numerous cars and stole change, glasses and other items.

Jeremy Allen Tasker, 19, no address given, was charged with two counts of theft under $100, three counts of theft under $1,000 and one count of theft scheme under $1,000, according to the press release.

Anyone who had their vehicles broken into Sunday between 4 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. in the first block of Main Street can contact Sgt. Mark Price at 301-791-3020.
