Humane Society of Washington County holiday raffle

Purchase raffle tickets through Saturday, Dec. 19. Humane Society ofWashington County, 13011 Maugansville Road, Hagerstown. Dog package includes large kennel, treats, food, bowls, toys, T-shirt, pillow, and training DVD. Cat package includes custom handmade cat tree.
