How did you get into your business, or what motivated you to start it? "The publisher and photographer of these photos (Mike Smith) has been taking photos and selling them through wholesale distribution channels for more than 20 years. About four years ago, me and my wife decided to take these pictures out on the craft show circuit, starting with Williamsport's C&O Canal Days, and did extremely well. Since then, we have done craft shows ranging from Baltimore to Ohio, and we decided to take a jab at the retail 'seasonal market.' Our store is a seasonal Christmas location with the option for a longer term. Many major retailers are taking this same approach of using the downturn in this economy to obtain short-term leases and low commitment."
