Harriet I. Littleton, 81, of Hagerstown, Md., died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at her home.

Born Aug. 7, 1928, in Groveton, N.H., she was the daughter of the late Horatio and Mildred Hayes Allin.

She was previously employed with Groveton Paper Co. in New Hampshire.

She was a member of Hagerstown Bible Church.

She was an avid golfer.

Harriet is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Littleton; three daughters, Holly Brunner of Hagerstown, Lana Jarvis of Colchester, Vt., and Starr Beauvais of Lynn, Mass.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ginger Fluery; two sisters; and seven brothers.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hagerstown Bible Church, 203 Summit Ave., Hagerstown. The Rev. Dale R. Carver will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorial donations may be made to Crisis Pregnancy Center, c/o Hagerstown Bible Church.

Arrangements are by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.
