Louis Talbott Young Jr., 71, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at City Hospital, Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial prayers will be said at Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
