Frances Mae Bayer, 72, of Inwood, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at her home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Funeral Chapel, Inwood, W.Va. The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Central Chapel Cemetery, Ganotown, W.Va.
