Charles M. Creamer, 63, of Millville, W.Va., died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va. Visitation will be two hours before the service Saturday at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home in Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
