Maugansville Bible Brethren Church, 17904 Binkley Ave., a Christmas Dessert Theater will be held tonight and Sunday at 7. The musical is "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year." There will also be other dramatic sketches performed by the A.C.T.S. drama ministry.

Mountain View Baptist Church, 12107 Walnut Point Road, Hagerstown, the children will present their Christmas program Sunday at 7 p.m. On Dec. 12 and 13, the choir and drama group will perform "The Call of Christmas" at 7 nightly.

Calvary United Methodist Church, 220 W. Burke St., Martinsburg, W.Va., previews of Dave Ramsey's 13-week Financial Peace University will be available Dec. 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m.

Martinsburg Christian Center, 300 E. Stephen St., Martinsburg, W.Va., Gene Harding will be guest speaker beginning Sunday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. and continuing through Dec. 9 at 7:30 nightly.


River of Life Family Worship Center, 12312 Orebank Road, Clear Spring, the Christmas program is Sunday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. with fun, worship, local singing talent and Frosty.

St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 18313 Lappans Road, Boonsboro, the Feast of St. Nicholas will be Sunday at the 7:45, 9 and 11 a.m. worship services. Following each service, the youth group will host an Alternative Gift Giving Fair in the Parish Hall.

Mercersburg (Pa.) Mennonite Church, 10060 Buchanan Trail West, Christmas Coffeehouse is Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. in fellowship hall with live music, door prizes, fellowship and refreshments.

The Robert Kennedy Memorial Presbyterian Church, Pa. 995 and Pa. 416, Fort Loudon, Pa., the annual candlelight nondenominational service at the 138-year-old church will be Saturday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m. There are no restroom facilities. A reception will follow at the 11559 Lincoln Way West, Fort Loudon, Pa., home of Pam and Sid Craddock.

Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 802 Summit Ave., a soup/bake sale Dec. 12 begins at 10 a.m. and continues until sold out. Vegetable and bean soup will cost $6 per quart. Phone orders will be taken until Wed., Dec. 9, at 301-733-4720.

New Covenant Fellowship Church, Fairplay, the Christmas production "And The Angels Watched" will be presented Dec. 12 and 13 at 7 nightly.
