Saturday sales to benefit Women Build projects

Ten Thousand Villages in Hagerstown will donate 15 percent of sales Saturday to Habitat for Humanity of Washington County Women Build Projects.

The store, on Pennsylvania Avenue just north of Longmeadow Road, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Women Build is a program of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County, a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International.

It is a nonprofit, Christian housing organization that seeks to eliminate substandard housing and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
