Cash, electronics stolen from unlocked vehicles



HALFWAY -- Cash and electronics were stolen from several unlocked vehicles on Coffman Avenue and Roessner Avenue on Nov. 20, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Department. The thefts occurred between 2 and 4 a.m., according to a news release. At about 1:15 a.m., a man wearing a gray or white hooded sweat shirt was seen trying to enter unlocked vehicles, the release said. Thefts from vehicles have been occurring in the area and the sheriff's department is urging residents to keep car doors locked and to remove any valuable property like GPS units, tools and jewelry.

Shotguns, mounted elk taken in Pa. burglary



FANNETTSBURG, Pa. -- Two Harrington and Richardson single-shot, 12-gauge shotguns and a shoulder mount of an Elk were stolen during a burglary on Conococheague Drive between Nov. 21 and 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Clothing bins stolen



CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- Eight clothing deposit bins were stolen from the parking lot of Pacific Pride gas station between Nov. 23 and 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
