Girl Scouts hold food drive at St. Paul's Church

The Girl Scouts who meet at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Funkstown recently participated in a food drive. Collecting the equivalent of 40 Girl Scout cookie cases, the group is sure to help some local folks this holiday season.

The food drive, sponsored by St. Paul's, was the Girl Scouts' community service project.

There is still time for you to help. If you are interested in donating nonperishable food items, call the church office at 301-791-1738.

Olde Tyme Christmas
