Franklin Scott Loveless, 31, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, at his residence. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry. The service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
