Fall Family Day is Saturday at Hager House



Fall Family Day is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Jonathan Hager House at City Park.

The event is a chance for kids of all ages to learn about the original home of Jonathan Hager, make colonial crafts and play colonial games. Featured activities will be family-oriented tours, colonial hat making, stick horse making and children's colonial games. A reduced rate of $5 per family for activities will apply. All other regular admission fees apply. The event will be held rain or shine. Reservations are requested by today.

Play days at Home and School Connection



Play days will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 14, at Home and School Connection, 18728A North Village Center, Hagerstown. Children will play with a variety of scrambled squares. A parent or guardian must be present.

Pickle-ball offered at YMCA



CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Chambersburg YMCA will offer pickle-ball for adults ages 50 and older from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays. Pickle-ball is a game that combines tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Pickle-ball for families will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. one Saturday a month and will be free to YMCA members and $10 per family per visit for nonmembers. Family pickle-ball is scheduled for Nov. 21.
