BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Timothy Scott Everett Sr., age 46, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Morgan County War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs.

Born Sept. 12, 1963, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Ulysses John Everett Sr. and Nancy Lee Bernhard.

Mr. Everett was of the Methodist faith.

He was formerly employed as a truck driver for the Food Lion grocery chain.

He is survived by one daughter, Tasha Everett, and two sons, Timothy S. Everett Jr. and Michael Smith, all of Hagerstown; four grandchildren; one sister, Deborah Rickett, Hagerstown, Md.; and one brother, John Everett Jr., Berkeley Springs.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Crystal Lynn Everett, on Feb. 13, 2008; and one brother, Brian Lester Everett.

Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 95 Union St., Berkeley Springs, with Pastor Larry Tomlinson officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
