W.Va. woman charged with possession with intent to deliver

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- A Martinsburg Police Department officer pulled over a motorist on West Race Street for speeding Saturday night and found 70 grams of suspected marijuana among her personal belongings, according to a press release.

Jenna Janela Clark, 19, of 948 Crushed Apple Drive, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, according to the release.

The incident occurred about 8:19 p.m. when Patrolman A. Albaugh stopped a white Pontiac Grand Am for speeding, the release said.

When Albaugh made contact with Clark, he detected an odor of alcoholic beverage. Clark failed sobriety tests and was charged with DUI, the release said.

The suspected pot found in Clark's belongings was individually wrapped in 65 packages, the release said.
